Fortunately the economy in Ojo de Agua does not appear to be effected by the economic crisis haunting the “first world”.

With only one parcel left in Phase 1, Phase 2 may be right around the corner. I am happy to announce that we have sold parcel one to a wonderful couple from British Columbia Canada. The airline pilot and recently retired nurse are forward thinkers with environmentally friendly and sustainable ideas for their new home on the Azuero Peninsula.  I know they are a perfect fit for the development and I look forward to helping them live their dream here in beautiful Panama.
